Coalesce provided Owner’s Representation for a range of development projects at Brundage Mountain Resort in McCall, Idaho. Our work included pre-construction services, contractor selection, and design development oversight for key facilities such as the Ski Patrol Center, employee housing, and the Mountain Activities Center. Acting as the owner’s advocate, we coordinated project teams, managed budgets, and guided decisions to ensure alignment with the resort’s long-term goals. Each project was delivered with a focus on functionality, efficiency, and enhancing the overall guest and employee experience at this beloved mountain destination.
